Commentators |
|
Dr. John (Play By Play) |
|
Height: |
5'9" |
Weight: |
202 lbs |
Age: |
38 |
|
Dr. John, (real name Tim Johnson) began his career inside
the ring as opposed to outside calling the action. However
he quickly found that he didn't have what it took to compete
at the level he wanted after suffering numerous injuries. So
much so that the guys in the locker room started calling him
Dr. John on account of his constant hospitalization. The
name stuck even after he moved from the ring to behind the
microphone. Since then he has worked hard to become the best
play by play man in the business. |
|
Duk (Color Commentator) |
|
Height: |
5'11" |
Weight: |
265 lbs |
Age: |
42 |
|
Duk (real name Anthony Connelli) began his wrestling career
as a manager and became quite successful in the '80s
managing a large stable of wrestlers. Fate however had other
plans for him when the color commentator of the promotion he
was working for couldn't make it to the show, he was placed
behind the microphone and absolutely stole the show. From
then on he slowly migrated away from being a manager and
focused full time on Color commentating. It is unknown how
he came to be called Duk and he has refused to reveal the
origin. |

Ring Announcer |

Timothy Robertson |
|
Height: |

Weight: |
140 lbs |
Age: |
54 |
|
Timothy Robertson is a veteran ring announcer having spent
30 years in the business. |

Timekeeper |
|
Molly Barton |
|
Height: |
5'3" |
Weight: |
115 lbs |
Age: |
22 |
|
Molly Barton sorta fell into the job of Timekeeper, she
initially approached the AWA to be an in-ring competitor.
However the AWA currently does not have a women's division
and she did not want to compete against men. The only job
left open was the Timekeeper position, she took since it was
an opportunity to work in a field she loved. During her time
as the AWA's Timekeeper she has been slowly intensifying her
wrestling training in the hopes of one day mustering enough
courage to enter the ring against the men. |

Backstage Interviewers |
|
Crystal Gale (Head Interviewer) |
|
Height: |
5'10" |
Weight: |
127 lbs |
Age: |
25 |
|
Tall, blonde, smart and beautiful are just some of the
attributes that Crystal possesses. She's also the best
interviewer in the AWA and now benefits from being the Head
Interviewer which means she gets all the prime interviews
and some would say that this has gone to her head by the way
she bosses around the other interviewers. |
|
Richard Terrell |
|
Height: |
5'9" |
Weight: |
150 lbs |
Age: |
28 |
|
Richard Terrell is the "other" interviewer who gets to
pick-up Crystal's scraps. He's never broken through as an
interviewer and is quite bitter about it and his anger is
focused squarely on Crystal Gale. He's so rarely used that
AWA management now makes him setup and disassemble the ring
at each show, which he finds extremely embarrassing. But
being embarrassed is a lot better than being fired. |

Referees |
|
Kimberly Stevens (Head Referee) |
|
Height: |
5'5" |
Weight: |
115 lbs |
Age: |
27 |
|
Kimberly Stevens has been working for the AWA as a referee
for several years and she has worked her way up to the Head
Referee position. |
|
Kenny Allen |
|
Height: |
5'8" |
Weight: |
130 lbs |
Age: |
25 |
|
Kenny dreamed of becoming a wrestler when he was young,
unfortunately nature smacked him down hard and he never
developed the size needed to compete in the ring. The next
best thing was becoming a referee and he has proved pretty
successful at it. |
|
Junior Hayes Sr. |
|
Height: |
5'6" |
Weight: |
145 lbs |
Age: |
62 |
|
Probably the oldest referee still working, he isn't used
much but the AWA still keeps him around since he's been
working for the company since it opened. |
