Silver State Battleground presents...

Comrade PANE! versus Mr. NAFTA
After coming off the massive win over the new and improved Mega-Reagan, Comrade PANE! goes against his toughest opponent yet, Mr. NAFTA, a Canadian-Mexican luchador who's got a bone to pick with Fidel Castro, his brother Raul and all communists sympathizers. There won't be any Cuban cigars in this match but knowing the Comrade's love for gasoline and matches, there may be a blazing ring by the end of the match. We've got the fire department on speed dial.
David and Goliath
Larry Gowan versus Yonson
It's the story of David and Goliath, except not. Well, Larry is 5'7" and Yonson is a daunting 7'2" so I guess it's sort of like the story, but that's it. Yonson has proven he can be defeated but I can't think of a person who would willingly go into the match and tango with the Manchester Maniac. Larry is going to have to man up and go balls to wall in this match if he wants to make a dent in the powerhouse, otherwise, he'll wish he fell off the fifth floor of the 4 Queen's parking garage.
Street Smarts versus The Books
Cory Reznor versus Jeffery Watts
Some may call it a fluke, others may call it a natural knack for the business but Jeffery Watts pulled off the upset win over Psivage. This week, he may not be so lucky. Well, he's not lucky anyway you put it. Cory Reznor is from Texas and while that's not anything to worry about his upbringing in the sport of wrestling is nearly as tailored or sophisticated as Watts. Instead of the gym and trainer, Cory was DYI; Backyard wrestling in barbed wire and vacant lots. Why would Silver State even bothering hiring someone like that? We've got loads of casino insurance and we need the talent.
Lunatics Unite!
Psivage versus Phoenix
No doubt, both of these men have their own personal demons to deal with. Phoenix literally has spoke to The Phoenix, mythological creature that occasionally burns out and is reborn from it's ashes. And Psivage, well, that guy, one moment he's fine, the other moment he's psychopathic. Why not throw the crazies into a match together? We don't have anything better to do and when we get more escapees from the metal institution, we'll start it up like a franchise. and change our name to Silver State Battleground for the Mentally Unstable. SSBMU sounds good right?
Crowd Favorites Match
Blue Collar Pa versus Ian Garner
If it's one thing that the crowd love, it's dancing. Blue Collar Pa showed us that last week when he danced his way into the hearts of our audience to "Blue" by Eiffel 65. We lied about the crowd really liking Ian Garner but maybe he can dance too. Maybe just maybe they can have krump battle instead of trading fists. However, we're sure Garner is going to be all business, he's got a winning streak to keep alive. So does Blue Collar Pa, but we know he's going to be dancing up a storm.
Main Event
It's personal... Maybe?
Boston Bancroft versus Jane Katze
Last week, Boston Bancroft came out of the WWA Double Crown Finals the number one contender for the title. Also last week, he showed up at the first Silver State Battleground event and re-arranged Jane's face for no good reason, other than because he wanted to. Jane probably isn't happy about it. She's probably livid. She's probably going to call up management and demands to know the bottom of it. She's probably going to call us all bad names and swear up and down at us. Our virgin ears will be tainted by her womanly voice screaming at us. Is it worth it? Hell yes it is, because Boston and Jane are going to tear the roof off of... the parking garage... that doesn't have a roof. Well, it's a figure of speech. It's going to be non-stop action between The Blackest Man in Minnesota (now in Vegas) and The Femme Fatale.
